Description:
DPH Mechanical were appointed to provide a full Mechanical Service Instillation to a new 70 apartment assisted living complex in Saffron Walden, Essex. All services were sourced from a pre-fabricated plant room providing a district heating system.
The Mechanical Works package included:
- A District Heating System consisting of individual Heat Interface Units to all apartments.
- Underfloor Heating
- Above Ground Drainage
- Hot and Cold Water Services
- Air Conditioning
- Heat Recovery Ventilation
