Description:
DPH Mechanical were appointed to provide a domestic building services package to a large regeneration housing project in Tilbury, Essex. The project consisted of 128 new affordable/social homes. As part of this project DPH were also asked to include for the full mechanical design.
The Mechanical Works package included:
- Full Mechanical Design
- Heating Services (Combination boilers)
- Hot and Cold Water Services
- Standard MEV Ventilation
- Gas instillation
- Above Ground Drainage and Rainwater installation
- Sanitaryware Instillation
