Description:
Following on from the successful delivery of the Phase One development (Homestead Building) at Oaklands College in St Albans, DPH were awarded the contract to provide the Mechanical Installation on Phase 2. The Evolution Centre is to provide the college with a core learning centre on the campus and provide 50 additional classrooms and support spaces for staff.
The Mechanical Works package included:
- A complex ventilation system providing Heat Recovery to all learning spaces
- Heating System
- Building Management System
- Above Ground Drainage
- Hot and Cold Water Services
