DPH Mechanical were appointed to provide a full Mechanical Service Instillation to the new Homestead Building at Oaklands College in St Albans which was to provide accommodation for up to 80 Students
The Mechanical Works package included:
- A District Heating System consisting of 5no external Air Source Heat Pumps and individual Heat Interface Units to the student rooms.
- Underfloor Heating
- Building Management System
- Above Ground Drainage
- Hot and Cold Water Services
