Description:
As part of the redevelopment we were appointed to provide the mechanical instillation to the new sports pavilion which consisted of four team changing rooms, officials changing rooms, lockers, and a cafe and community space supporting Ive Farm and the neighbouring Leyton Jubilee Park as key green spaces for the borough.
The Mechanical Works package included:
- Gas and Ventilation systems to a commercial kitchen
- Building Management System
- Above Ground Drainage
- Hot and Cold Water Services
- Heat Recovery Ventilation
- Underfloor Heating
